Gratuities are not included but are appreciated and cannot be added on to a credit card or check. If you are pleased with your services, 20% is customary. if you need additional help we will help you.

Massage Duration and Prices Vary
Spa time has been reserved especially for you. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. While we do realize that situations occur, we reserve the right to charge you 50 percent of the cost of the services you are canceling.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment allowing yourself time to find our location, check in and change into Spa attire.
Please let us know ahead of time if you have any health problems such as heart, blood pressure, etc. or if you have any special needs or requests.
